[Logwatch-Announce] Logwatch 2.6 Released

The 2.5 release of logwatch had several filters missing as compared to
the release that comes with Red Hat Linux 7.2.

In addition, the 2.6 release now uses the mktemp program (if available) 
to provide a higher level of security.
